AEO / GEO Tracking
Know where your brand shows up in AI answers
BYOKRank tracks your brand visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity — then tells you exactly what to do to rank higher. Use your own API keys. Zero LLM markup.
BYOK model: You supply the API keys — we never charge you for queries

How it works
From zero to first insight in under 5 minutes
No complex integrations. No engineering required. Add keys, define your queries, and start seeing where you stand.
1. Add your API keys
Paste your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity keys. They're AES-256 encrypted and never used for anything except your queries. You control the spend.
2. Define your tracking queries
Enter the questions your customers ask AI assistants. Add your brand name and up to 3 competitors. That's your first tracking query — ready to run.
3. Get scores + GEO tasks
Paste your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity keys. They're AES-256 encrypted and never used for anything except your queries. You control the spend.
Features
Everything you need to win in AI search
Four engines. One score. Actionable tasks to close every gap.
Real-time visibility dashboard
See your brand's AI visibility score per engine at a glance. Watch trends over 30 days and instantly spot where competitors are pulling ahead.
Scheduled auto-tracking
Set queries to run daily or weekly automatically via Supabase Cron. Wake up to a score update and email summary — no manual work needed.
Multi-workspace for agencies
Manage multiple client brands under one account. Each workspace has its own keys, queries, dashboard, and GEO task board — fully isolated.

GEO Optimization Task Engine
After every run, BYOKRank generates 5–8 prioritized actions — content gaps, citation opportunities, schema fixes — each scored by impact ÷ effort so you always know what to do first.
Competitor benchmarking
Run queries against up to 3 competitors simultaneously. See exactly which queries they win on and you don't — then target those gaps directly.
Secure BYOK key management
Keys are AES-256 encrypted on arrival, stored encrypted at rest, decrypted only in-memory during query runs, and never returned to the client or logged.
Comparison
Built for the BYOK era — not adapted for it
Most AI visibility tools charge you query-by-query through their own API markup. BYOKRank passes zero LLM cost to you — ever.

What users say
Trusted by marketers who take AI search seriously
"We had no idea our biggest competitor was showing up in 80% of Perplexity answers for our core category. BYOKRank showed us in 5 minutes — and gave us a fix list we actioned the same week."
"The GEO task engine is genuinely the best part. It doesn't just tell me where I'm losing — it tells me exactly what to publish and why. My team actioned it the same day."
"The BYOK model is a game-changer for agencies. I run 15 client brands — costs are completely predictable. €39/month flat, and every client is tracked from one dashboard."
FAQ
Common questions
What does "BYOK" mean exactly?
BYOK stands for Bring Your Own Key. Instead of routing your queries through our API accounts and charging you markup, you paste your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity API keys into BYOKRank.
Your queries go directly from our server to the AI engine using your credentials.
We never see your API bill — and we never charge you for it.
How much does it cost to run queries with my own keys?
Roughly €0.008 per full 4-engine query run — that's less than one cent. Even running 600 queries a month (which would be aggressive usage) costs under €5 in API fees on top of the €19 subscription. Most users spend well under €1/month in direct API costs. The models used are the most cost-efficient available: GPT-4o-mini, Claude Haiku, Gemini Flash Lite, and Perplexity Sonar.
Are my API keys secure?
Yes. Your API keys are encrypted with AES-256 the moment they arrive at our server using an encryption secret that lives only in our environment. The encrypted key is stored in our Supabase database — the plaintext key never is. Keys are never returned to the browser, never logged, and decrypted only in-memory during a query run. We apply Row Level Security on all database tables so no data bleeds between workspaces.
Do I need accounts on all 4 platforms?
No. You can start with just one. If you only have an OpenAI key, BYOKRank will track ChatGPT only and show those results. Add additional engine keys at any time from your settings page. We recommend tracking all 4 for a complete picture — but it's entirely your choice which engines to monitor.
What's the difference between manual and scheduled queries?
Manual queries run when you click "Run" — useful for ad-hoc checks or testing a new query before automating it. Scheduled queries run automatically on daily or weekly intervals via Supabase Cron, store the results, and send you an email summary with score changes. You can mix manual and scheduled queries freely within the same workspace.
Can I use BYOKRank for multiple brands or clients?
Yes. BYOKRank supports multi-workspace access under a single €19/month subscription. Each workspace has its own brand name, encrypted API keys, tracking queries, dashboard, and GEO task board. You can switch between workspaces from the sidebar. Perfect for agencies, fractional CMOs, or founders managing multiple products.
