Is there a free trial?
No, you can easily add your API key and start using the platform.
How much will I actually spend on API fees?
Roughly €0.008 per full 4-engine run (GPT-4o-mini + Claude Haiku + Gemini Flash Lite + Perplexity Sonar). If you run 200 queries a month across all 4 engines, that's about €1.60 in API fees. Even at 600 runs/month — heavy usage — you'd spend under €5.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. Your data — queries, scores, GEO tasks, and tracking history — is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
Do I need accounts on all 4 platforms?
No. You can start with just one. If you only have an OpenAI key, BYOKRank will track ChatGPT only and show those results. Add additional engine keys at any time from your settings page. We recommend tracking all 4 for a complete picture — but it's entirely your choice which engines to monitor.
Can I use BYOKRank for multiple brands or clients?
Yes. BYOKRank supports multi-workspace access under a single €19/month subscription. Each workspace has its own brand name, encrypted API keys, tracking queries, dashboard, and GEO task board. You can switch between workspaces from the sidebar. Perfect for agencies, fractional CMOs, or founders managing multiple products.
